Fanfiction: Wings by Firecat
A sweet and different look at my favorite X yaoi couple, Subaru and Kamui. This is a really cool peice and I'm surprised no one has had this idea before. It deals quite elegantly with both characters issues and really shows how perfect they could be with each other.

As the helicopters lowered cautiously toward the dockside, looking for someplace to land, Kamui's gaze slipped aside. It drifted back toward the water's edge, and toward Subaru just now turning from the harbor, the rotor blades' gusts of wind whipping his close-cropped hair as he glanced calmly up. At the sight of him, Kamui was caught absolutely fast, stricken and unable to look away. It was as though a paper screen had been ripped from before his eyes, turning what had been only a moving shadow into color and life. He could feel himself torn open from the shock of this night's emotions, could feel his whole world focusing down into one stark point--and then that world grew still before the force of memory...
...the force of truth....
Kamui stared at Subaru as though nothing else even existed.
In that one moment of realization, he understood it all.

I've been going on a yaoi fanfiction kick as of late. Particularly CLAMP yaoi. And some of the best yaoi stories I have read have been by this wonderful author I cannot wait for the next chapter of 'Nukumei Dori I'll get back to you guys with her e-mail address.

Anime: Revolutionary Girl Utena
What can you say about Utena? Its unique and incredible, the one of the most fucked over animes of all time, right up there with Evangellion. The story and characters are beautiful in a way that is remiscent of Sailormoon, and you know it might have something to do with them sharing a director, Kuniko Ikuhara. The movie was great, the tv series is haunting and deep, and the manga doesn't look half bad either. Subtle shoujo ai, action, swords, magic. What more could you want?

Website: Boy Meets Boy
I only recently discovered this but what a great site. Yaoi cuteness. In fan manga form, what could be better. Even CLAMP will only imply, never actually act on these relationships, though CLAMP mercilessly prods you and makes it very very obvious. But this is fun stuff, you should really go read.

DDR Song: Turn Me On
Another fun DDR song. This one is...bizzare to say the least. And it works on two levels, one for those of us who make their home in the gutter and one for those of us who don't.

Desktop: Yue & Ruby Moon
Wonderful background, it makes the best use of a good graphics program. Gorgeous choice of picture from CLAMP too, what a way to display these two moon type characters. Availble for download soon.

AMV: Utena - I Got Mad
Wow, what a video. Man, now what series do I use. The timing was a bit off but the presentation of this deep song was great. It uses the russian version of 'All The Things She Said' and it really works for Utena & Anthy. No author listed really.
