Ken says that, while there is no guaranteed formula for success in the custom home business, he has found that there are a few key things a builder can do to make success likely.
"If you are candid with the homeowner, if you establish mutual respect, if you keep communication open, and if you always try to do things the right way, then things usually turn out right."
